Auditor Help: Patch Database Updates

The patch information in reports is only as current as your latest download. Ecora updates the data frequently (several times a week), so scheduling regular checks is recommended.

To schedule upgrades:

  1. Click on the Scheduled Tasks tab in the left pane of the main interface.
  2. Click New Task....
  3. In the New Task dialog box, select Patch Updates and click OK.
  4. On the Update Options tab, enable the options:
    Enable automatic detection of database updates to have the software check the website for new versions
    Enable automatic downloads of database updates to have the software copy new files from the website to your local installation
    and/or
    Enable automatic installation of database updates to have new versions installed without manual intervention.
  5. Click OK.
