Auditor Help: Loading a Remote Task

Remote tasks can be loaded into an Auditor console to allow a single console to create complex tasks including dependent tasks for target systems to be managed by one central console.

  1. Click on the Scheduled Tasks tab in the left pane of the main interface.
  2. Click New Task... (or select an existing task from the list and click Edit...).

  3. In the New Task dialog box, select the Load Remove Task and click OK.
  4. Enter the name of the hosts from which to load tasks and a valid username and password.

  5. Select a task to load and click OK.

  6. Enter a name for the new task name and click OK.
  7. Note that remote tasks display a different color icon to distinguish them. Proceed with other scheduling tasks.
