Ecora Software Names Dan Choquette as Director of Professional Services

Industry Expert to Spearhead High Customer Satisfaction Levels by Delivering Field Systems Engineering, Consulting and Education Services

Portsmouth, N.H. – September 24, 2007 – Ecora Software, a leading provider of automated configuration change and compliance audit reporting solutions, today announced the appointment of Dan Choquette as Director of Professional Services.

Previous to Ecora, Choquette was Director of Managed Services at iCorps Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in comprehensive IT outsourcing. Under his leadership, iCorps more than doubled its number of managed service clients through an increased emphasis on education, improved resource utilization, and more efficient service implementation.

Prior to iCorps, Choquette was Principal Systems Engineer for Silverback Technologies, Inc., a service delivery platform provider for remote monitoring and management of information technology infrastructure recently acquired by Dell Computer. During his tenure at Silverback, he was responsible for providing systems engineering support for channel partners and end users globally. He was named employee of the year for 2005.

Choquette's professional services career also includes successes with Brix Networks, Inc. where he developed Brix's first introductory and advanced training course, and Concord Communications, Inc., where he progressed from educational services to a corporate applications engineer, eventually assisting executive management in conducting technical evaluations of potential acquisition candidates.
