Mike Sullivan, President and CFO

Mike Sullivan was named president of Ecora Software in June 2007. Sullivan has been Ecora's chief financial officer since the beginning of 2007 and will continue in that role while taking on the expanded responsibilities of his new position. Bringing more than nineteen years of fiscal management and operations experience with high-growth companies to Ecora, Mr. Sullivan has primary responsibility for continuing Ecora's recent significant growth, while continuing to oversee critical day-to-day finance, accounting, and administration functions, as well as provide strategic planning and analysis.

Prior to joining Ecora, Mr. Sullivan served as Chief Financial Officer for Segue Software, where he helped guide the software company's acquisition by Borland in 2006 for in excess of $100 million. Prior to his appointment as CFO at Segue Software, Mike held several positions of increasing responsibility, including VP Finance, Corporate Controller and North American Controller. Prior to Segue Software, Mr. Sullivan developed his expertise in financial management with companies such as Kortec, Bixby International and C.R. Bard. Mike has a BA degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northeastern University.

John Walsh, Senior Vice President, Engineering

John Walsh, Senior Vice President of Engineering, joined Ecora Software in 2006. John is responsible for all product engineering, launching new Ecora solution initiatives and internal processes designed with our customers and their present and future requirements in mind.

With over 20 years of product development and team engineering experience, John is driving Ecora's Auditor Professional solution to new areas of functionality. His most recent responsibilities were as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Product Operations for Saba Software, Inc. At Saba, John led the strategic product operations, for both the Saba and Centra product lines, including the management of product architecture, engineering, documentation and quality assurance. At Centra (acquired by Saba in 2006), John was focused on the successful integration of the development teams, rationalizing tools and technologies and developing their multi-year product roadmap.

Previously as Director of Sales Operations for Avid Technology, Inc., John helped launch its sales operation organization, where he coordinated and streamlined activities between Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and Manufacturing by applying solid engineering practices and processes.

A veteran of several successful start-up ventures, John was also instrumental in the growth and development of InformTV, Avid Sports, Inc., and Recognition Equipment, Inc. John is also armed with extensive experience gained as a software engineer at General Electric.

Rob McKinney, Vice President of Marketing

Rob McKinney was named Ecora's Vice President of Marketing in August 2007. A 20-year veteran of managing the marketing efforts of multiple high-tech organizations; McKinney will work closely with Ecora management to implement marketing programs and communications initiatives to further accelerate worldwide adoption of Ecora's automated configuration change and compliance audit reporting solutions. McKinney comes to Ecora after a successful stint as a strategic marketing advisor and consultant for such companies as Belair Networks and Ecora by raising brand awareness and highlighting key competitive differentiators to constituents in the analyst and investor communities.

Prior to his time as a strategic advisor and consultant, McKinney served three years as Vice President of Product Marketing & Management at Centra Software. While at Centra, he built and implemented aggressive market positioning, messaging and branding programs that led to the organization's eventual acquisition by Saba Software. Prior to Centra Software, McKinney was also Vice President of Product Strategy at Genuity, a publicly-held global provider of IP communications solutions, where his strategic marketing leadership grew his segment of the organization to over $200 million in annual revenue.

Bryan Cote, Sr. Product Manager

Bryan Cote is Ecora's Sr. Product Manager, responsible for ensuring that Ecora's products keep pace with rapidly changing customer needs in a market of evolving regulatory environments and constant technology innovation.

Bryan has over 15 years experience defining and developing cutting edge products for transaction processing, payment systems, order processing, and digital rights management and has lead teams within both engineering and product management.

Bryan's broad understanding of both technical and operational issues have been instrumental in the development of such innovative products as the first digital rights clearinghouse to be certified by Microsoft, the first automated catalog management and fulfillment system to be integrated with AOL, and several order management, payment, and fulfillment systems used by leading retailers for products ranging from high-end goods to classroom training.

Bryan received his B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin Pierce College and is currently pursuing coursework towards his MBA.
