Question:  I have re-installed my Ecora software, but when I try to get a license I see the error "It appears that you have already obtained a license". How can I license the software?

Answer:  If you are receiving this error message it means that the license for that Ecora account has already been loaded once, and is locked from being pulled a second time. Technical Support is available to reset your license key and assist with relicensing.
