Ecora Patch Manager FAQ

Question:  When I try to update my patches, why do I receive the following error message: Could not access update information. Failure in receiving network data?

Answer:  PatchManager is unable to access the internet to download patches. Verify your internet connectivity by opening a web browser. If this is successful, and you use a proxy, please confirm the Proxy settings in PatchManager. The proxy settings are located within File|Settings.
