Question:  Why can't I get the Auditor to connect to my router?

Answer:  This is usually caused by an error in the Device Information dialog box.

The following error messages may occur:

"Telnet/SSH connection failed", verify the IP address entered.
"Invalid username or password", verify the username and password supplied is valid on the router.
"Invalid enable password", verify the password for the "enable" command supplied to the Configuration Reporter is valid.
"Invalid username or password prompts", the router did not send the username prompt or password prompt the Configuration Reporter is expecting.
