Matt Springfield, CISSP-ISSMP

With over twelve years of experience managing technology and security related companies, Matt Springfield has an in-depth understanding of how technology and network security vulnerabilities can impact business operations. His operational experience was built through the founding of 2 security related companies as well as working extensively with venture capital firms and startup companies.

Matt founded his first company focused on network security in 1996 - I-Net Solutions, Inc. After a successful acquisition of I-Net, Matt went on to lead the technology team as CTO for a high-tech solutions company focused on building secure applications for law enforcement - NetVitality, Inc. In continuing his CTO role, Matt accepted another CTO position with WebCE, LLC, an online continuing education company based in Dallas, TX. Matt moved on to found and lead another company focused on developing and delivering information security auditing and network vulnerability testing solutions - Elliptix, LLC. After Elliptix, Matt headed up the Information Security Program for Data Return, LLC, a global managed service provider focused delivering secure, scalable application platforms for fortune 500 companies.

Matt leverages his in-depth operational and security industry and technology experience to assist clients with compliance and security initiatives.
