Privacy Notice

We realize that the configuration data from your site is exclusively yours. Therefore, Ecora will not sell, provide, or transfer your data to third parties. In addition, Ecora will not disclose the contents of your data unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Ecora
• protect and defend the rights or property of Ecora; or
• act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users or the public.

We want to keep your data private. Our software resides on a workstation controlled by your IT staff and requires authorized passwords to access the servers to be documented.

Ecora has not sold, and does not currently anticipate selling registration information to third-party vendors. Ecora does, on occasion, use the customer registration information it collects for its own marketing purposes, including publication of a monthly electronic newsletter. Registrants not wishing to receive this can uncheck the box at the bottom of the registration window, or send an "unsubscribe" message to unsubscribe@ecora.com.
