Board and Management: Dan Choquette

Dan Choquette, Director of Professional Services
Dan Choquette, Director of Professional Services, joined Ecora Software in September 2007. Dan is responsible for raising customer satisfaction levels by delivering field systems engineering, consulting and education services.

Dan brings more than a decade of software services experience to Ecora. His most recent responsibilities were as Director of Managed Services at iCorps Technologies, Inc., a pioneer in comprehensive IT outsourcing. Under Dan's leadership, iCorps more than doubled their number managed service clients through an increased emphasis on education, improved resource utilization, and more efficient service implementation. Prior to iCorps, Dan was Principal Systems Engineer for Silverback Technologies, Inc., a service delivery platform provider for remote monitoring and management of information technology infrastructure recently acquired by Dell.

During Dan's tenure at Silverback, he was responsible for providing pre and post systems engineering support for channel partners and end users globally. In recognition of his efforts, Dan was named employee of the year for 2005.

Dan's professional services career also includes successes with Brix Networks, Inc. where he developed Brix's first introductory and advanced training course, and Concord Communications, Inc., where he progressed from educational services to a corporate applications engineer, eventually assisting executive management in conducting technical evaluations of potential acquisition candidates.
